Buddhism is more relevant today, when the world celebrates the 2558 Birth Anniversary of Gautama Buddha. His teachings on the 'way of life' not only brings Happiness to those who follow Buddhism as a religion, but more to those who are 'engaged' in implementing the teachings in day to day life.
In India, Buddhism is not only in the places where the Greatest Teacher of all times, Gautama Buddha lived and traveled, but also at places where these teachings were institutionalized and where within several communities the following continues.
We as a team have taken this Initiative to create 'Destinations of Happiness", where through your visits, you contribute to happier places to live in and visit.
Together we want to celebrate this Day of Gautam Buddha's Birth Anniversary, every year, as the WORLD HAPPINESS DAY, while many of our members suggest that we should celebrate this Day as the 'International Day for Compassion, Peace and Tolerance'.
